| Background | Based on the use of two double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) -specific monoclonal antibodies, the dsRNA detection kit can sensitively and selectively detect dsRNA molecules (greater than 30 to 40 bp) independent of their nucleotide composition and sequence. Detection with high specificity, in the presence of 1.000 to 10.000 times the other nucleic acid under the condition of excessive, can detect dsRNA in nucleic acid extraction. The assay was based on a sandwich ELISA using J2 (IgG2a) mouse monoclonal antibody against dsRNA as a capture antibody. Monoclonal antibody K2 (IgM) was used as the detection antibody. J2 anti-dsrna IgG2a monoclonal antibody has become the gold standard for dsRNA detection. It was originally used for the study of plant viruses, but since the seminal paper by Weber et al. In 2006, J2 was used to demonstrate that all plus-strand RNA viruses tested produced large amounts of dsRNA in infected cells, and this antibody has been widely used in a variety of systems, as described in more than 200 scientific publications. J2 can be used to detect dsRNA intermediates of a variety of viruses such as hepatitis C virus, dengue virus, rhinovirus, chikungunya virus, rabies virus, poliovirus, classical swine fever virus, Brome Mosaic virus and many more present in cultured cells and fixed paraffin embedded histological samples. |

Comfortable fit for slip-in fabric shoes

My first experience with Marc Joseph. I typically purchase dress and casual work shoes from Florsheim and occasionally Rockport. I'm giving these four stars because the initial fit and feel appear solid. Depending on the shoe brand I wear a size 14 or 15. My feet are slightly wide but I don't alway need wide fit. These size 14 fit well with wide enough toe box. I've tried slip in shoes before and they just don't feel right. These somehow work and there is no heel slip. My only reservation is the high lip on the heel for slip-in and hope they dont catch pant hems. I gave 4 stars because I'll have to determine durability. Granted they are a light fabric shoe with a soft rubber tread. I'd like them to last for at least 6 months..and use them for business casual work wear during warm weather.
