2,000 IU D3 with phospholipid Cyclosome™ delivery

Hi-Tech Vitamin D3 is a straight-up single-ingredient health supplement focused on one thing: giving you vitamin D3 in a dose and form that fits daily life. This isn't a multi, not a huge dose for fixing shortages, and not a fancy label with extra stuff you don't need. It's 2,000 IU of cholecalciferol per tablet in Vitamin D Cyclosome™ form, a delivery setup using phospholipids to boost how well this fat-soluble nutrient gets absorbed. That setup is key because vitamin D only helps if your body takes it in, turns it into usable forms, and keeps blood levels steady.

The star here is vitamin D3, or cholecalciferol, the type most studies back for boosting and holding onto serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D better than D2. After it gets in, your liver changes it to 25(OH)D, the main form blood tests check, then your kidneys and other spots activate it to handle calcium, build strong bones, support muscles, and keep immune signals on point. A 2,000 IU daily hit is a good spot for maintenance in many adults. It's more than the basic recommended amount and often used to keep or bump up vitamin D levels for folks with little sun, indoor jobs, dark winters, or spotty food sources. For big deficiencies, docs might go higher with oversight, so think of this as your everyday upkeep tool, not a heavy-duty fix.

What sets this apart from a basic store-brand D3 pill is the Cyclosome™ delivery. The label lists phospholipids from non-GMO soy lecithin, like phosphatidylcholine, lysophosphatidylcholine, and phosphatidylethanolamine, plus hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin and phytosterols. Basically, it's a fat-friendly setup d

Key Highlights

  • 2,000 IU Vitamin D3 per tablet — a real daily dose that beats the weak stuff in multis. This is cholecalciferol, the go-to form for getting your vitamin D levels up and keeping them there in most people.
  • Vitamin D Cyclosome™ delivery — it's all about getting it in your system, not just a plain label. Since vitamin D3 loves fat, this phospholipid setup is a smart step up from basic pressed pills.
  • Cholecalciferol over D2 — that choice counts. D3 usually does better than ergocalciferol at raising and holding serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D, the level most docs watch.
  • 500% Daily Value per serving — enough to be a legit daily D3 option, not just window dressing. Great for adults with low sun time, desk jobs, or seasonal dips.
  • Fully transparent label — one ingredient, one clear dose, no hidden blends. In a sea of similar stuff, this makes it easy to know exactly what you're popping.
  • Phospholipid support from non-GMO soy lecithin — with phosphatidylcholine, lysophosphatidylcholine, and phosphatidylethanolamine, it builds a solid base for moving this fat-linked nutrient. That's huge for something that absorbs best with fats.
  • Hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin in the mix — cyclodextrins help make fat-loving stuff more soluble and easier to deliver. In simple terms, it's built to get D3 where it needs to go better than a standard pill.
  • Made for everyday long-term use — 100 servings per bottle turns this into a habit, not a quick try. Vitamin D perks come from steady levels, so sticking with it beats flashy new things.

Who Is This For?

  • Desk job folks who lift before or after hours and live under lights all day. A daily 2,000 IU cholecalciferol hit covers a huge modern gap, and Cyclosome™ delivery gives absorption a real boost for the long haul.
  • Gym rats in chill or build phases who know gains start with basics, not just pre and pumps. Vitamin D backs muscle function and bones, making this a solid base add for nailing nutrition right.
  • Adults hitting fall and winter when sun drops and D levels tank. This gives a simple daily dose that sticks better than random big blasts.
  • Health fans wanting a clean formula over a multi crammed with tiny doses. Label's clear, active's straightforward, and it's one nutrient done solid.
  • Over-40 crew eyeing bone strength, muscle work, and toughness. Vitamin D3 handles calcium and bone health key ways, and this dose fits daily use for many.
  • People eating good but knowing food alone often skimps on D without sun. This delivers a steady 2,000 IU in an easy tablet for consistency.

How to Use

Take 1 tablet daily with food, ideally something with fat, because vitamin D3 is fat-soluble and meals help it absorb. The label says healthy adults can do 1 tablet one to two times daily if your doc recommends, but most should see 2,000 IU as a good starting point, not auto-double. Swallow with water; no shaker or prep hassle. Morning or lunch works best for remembering, tying it to a meal. If you're on a multi, joint supp, greens, or calcium, check labels for total daily D. It pairs great with fish oil, magnesium, creatine, and protein since it supports basics without clashing. No stims here despite any mix-up, so no caffeine worries. Go daily over random; vitamin D levels build with regular hits. Keep the bottle closed in a cool, dry spot.

What to Expect

Days 1 to 3: no big instant feel, since vitamin D3 isn't a quick-hit thing. Week 1: the win is getting into the habit, especially with meals for better uptake. Weeks 2 to 4: if you were low or hit-or-miss on D, you might feel more on top of general health, but real shifts show in blood tests more than wild feels. Beyond week 4: it's about holding vitamin D levels to back bone health, muscle work, and immune stuff long-term. This supports from behind, not a hype experience. It pays off with steady use, not big doses.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much vitamin D3 is in each tablet?

Each tablet provides 2,000 IU of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol, listed as Vitamin D Cyclosome™. That equals 500% of the Daily Value and places this formula in a solid daily maintenance range for many adults.

What does Cyclosome™ mean in this formula?

Cyclosome™ is Hi-Tech's delivery approach for improving how fat-soluble compounds are handled by the body. In this product, vitamin D3 is paired with phospholipids from non-GMO soy lecithin plus hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin to create a more absorption-friendly matrix than a basic commodity tablet.

Is 2,000 IU enough vitamin D3?

For many adults, 2,000 IU is a strong daily maintenance dose, especially for indoor lifestyles or lower-sun seasons. It is not an aggressive deficiency-correction dose, so people with confirmed low blood levels may need a different protocol directed by their healthcare provider.

When should I take Hi-Tech Vitamin D3?

Take it with food, ideally a meal that contains some fat, because vitamin D3 is fat-soluble. Time of day is less important than consistency, so the best time is the meal you can reliably pair it with every day.

Can I take this with a multivitamin or fish oil?

Yes, it stacks well with fish oil, magnesium, creatine, and most multivitamins. Just check the labels so you understand your total vitamin D intake if your multivitamin already contains D3.

Will I feel anything right away from this product?

No dramatic acute effect should be expected. Vitamin D3 works by improving and maintaining nutrient status over time, so the benefit is cumulative rather than stimulant-like.

Does this product contain allergens?

Yes. The Cyclosome™ delivery system includes phospholipids from non-GMO soy lecithin, so this product contains soy.

Is vitamin D3 better than vitamin D2?

For supplementation, D3 is generally preferred because it is more effective at raising and maintaining serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D in many users. That is why cholecalciferol is the form used here.

Do I need to cycle this product?

No. Vitamin D3 is intended for consistent daily use, and maintaining status depends on regular intake rather than cycling on and off.

Can I take more than one tablet per day?

The label states that healthy adults may take one tablet one to two times daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare provider. Whether you should use more than one daily depends on your current intake, sun exposure, and ideally your bloodwork.

Arthurian Fae Quest…say less.
Format: Kindle
A fae centered Arthurian tale unlike any I’ve read so far. The author did a great job at descriptive world building, with scenes easily playing out in my minds eye. There was plenty of action, suspense, and even a touch of horror. An enemies to lovers, slow burn romance, a quest, with plot twist and turns aplenty. There was a love triangle, which I’m not usually a fan of but, it played out well in this story line. The FMC, Morgan Pendragon, was so blatantly naïve, yet I typically expect as much in a ‘book one’ of a series, especially one that features a fairly sheltered princess. I was happy to read that in spite of this, she still showed a strong sense of morals, fire, and spine. Now our MMC? Kairos Draven, aka Void’s Edge. Oh, how I’m a sucker for a smoking’ hot grumpy warrior alpha with a witty mouth, and a strong sense of “touch her and die” attitude, so you know who held all my cards. That ending? Just made me swoon all the harder. Now add a battlecat that rivals the size of a horse…and well Ms. Briar Boleyn you have well and truly stolen my heart. I’m excited to see where the story goes from here, and follow along to see more of the characters growth. I went into this story fairly blind, and I think I enjoyed it all the more because of it. Once the story got going, it had me in an absolute chokehold and it was difficult to put down.

Not a bad start
Format: Kindle
3 stars Thank you Netgalley and Briar Boleyn for the ARC! A camelot/king Arthur retelling with fae. I was hooked by the idea of this book immediately and was eager to jump into this world. • slow burn • enemies to lovers • who did this to you Morgan Pendragon watched her mother die by her father's hand when she was just eight years old, hiding under the bed. Morgan is believed to have the tainted blood of the fae in her veins and is cast aside so that her fathers illegitimate son, Arthur, can become the king. She's seen his cruel treatment of the fae firsthand, so when he sends her on a journey to find a fae weapon she seizes the opportunity to do more with her life. Along the way, she finds more than she could have imagined. I don't know a whole lot about King Arthur and Camelot but I had a lot of fun with this story! The plot has some similar tropes to popular romantasy books (From blood and ash) but there's enough originality here that it doesn't feel like I'm reading a copy. I liked how the fae were different in appearance than what is typical in most fantasy books I've read. In this book they have blue hair, violet skin and a wide range of other characteristics. I thought that the world building was easy to follow and I could easily immerse myself into this world. After reading the blurb I kept wondering when she was going to go on the journey to find Excalibur and it doesn't happen until around the 45% mark. The story is a bit slow at times but starts to pick up once they begin their journey to find Excalibur. The John Wick style Inn was a fun concept that I enjoyed reading about. There are a lot of similarities to this and FBAA and I would have liked to have it be a little more different, but I'm hoping book two will have the story turn into something of its own. Overall I enjoyed reading this story and I'm looking forward to reading book two especially after that ending.

"Queen of Roses" by Briar Boleyn is a dark fantasy romance that masterfully combines elements of myth, magic, and romance with a captivating King Arthur retelling infused with a Fae twist. From its intricately woven plot to its compelling characters, this novel delivers an immersive reading experience that will leave readers eagerly anticipating the next installment. While the novel excels in world-building, character development, and plot intricacies, some readers may yearn for a bit more fire and spice in certain aspects of the narrative. Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!!
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
Queen of Roses (Blood of a Fae #1) by Briar Boleyn Genre General Fiction ( Adult), Romance, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Dark Romance “More primordial than the stars. My name was on his lips as he promised unspeakable darkness to any who came between us.” Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!! I’m a big fan of “touch her, and you die” vibes, but I mean, what’s also not to love about a unique Arthurian retelling with gender twists, a treacherous royal court, a dangerous quest, magical Fae & mystical monsters, entwined with a bit of spice! Morgan, Princess of Pendrath and true heir to the throne has spent most of her life dimming her light to feel safe and to make others comfortable. She is treated as an outcast in the court and repressed by her family due to the blood of the Fae within her and forced to join the Temple of the Three as a priestess in training to one day replace Merlin. Her brother, King Arthur, who reminds me of Joffrey from Game of Thrones, later tells her that he has other plans and offers her a choice of the Temple or to marry her off for political gain, unless… that is, she can journey through the great unknown and return with a long-lost fae weapon with enchanted powers known as Excalibur. Her quest begins with a roguish crew that includes the mysterious, arrogant, and heart-tuggingly handsome Captain of the Royal Guard, Kairos Draven, whom she can’t decide if she wants to stab or indulge in pleasure with. Along the way are plenty of surprises, mystical creatures, and betrayal, all while Morgan uncovers more of the truth about herself and who she can trust. This book had intriguing storylines and lovable characters that kept me turning pages and wanting more. I can’t wait to see how it all unfolds and comes together in book 2, Court of Claws, which I just started reading!! Read if you’re into- Dark Fantasy/Romance Slow–Burn Question Everything Magic and Action Fae Arthurian Legend Stabby/Broken FFC Morally Gray MMC Forced Proximity Queen of Roses is perfect for Holly Black, Jennifer L. Armentrout, and Sarah J. Maas fans. Please check the trigger warnings page in the table of contents before reading this book.

3.5 stars, A little boring to say the least.
Format: Kindle
Wow so I'm not sure where to begin on this one. This was a very different take on the legend of Arthur and Excalibur. This is told from the point of view of Morgan the sister of Arthur. Honestly the first 50% of this book is world building and character building which unfortunately was super boring for me. Morgan to me was a female MC that had a hard time in believing in herself. Sometimes taking too long to understand exactly what was going on around her. Draven was also a different male MC, like I couldn't put my finger on him and what he was all about. It was not until the last 10% of the book did we get some answers on the mystery that is Draven. The other 50% of the book centered around this big journey with everyone having a different motive. We see a spark of magic around this time that had me excited but then we never expanded upon that and what it could mean for the female MC. I feel like I want to read the second book just to see where this goes, but the spice was probably a 2 out of 5. Side characters are ok, Lancelet was fun but I almost felt like I wanted more.
