The brewed Jade Oolong has a bright and clear greenish-golden liquor. Its flavor profile is smooth, floral, and slightly creamy with a refreshing, sweet aftertaste. Jade oolong is brewed at 90°C for 4-5 minutes reusing the leaves multiple times, for best results, we suggest Gong Fu brewing: 5-7 grams per 180-240 ml teapot at 90°C: the 1st infusion is 30 seconds with additional 20-40 seconds to each further infusion.
