Land / Streek: Hongarije / Balaton
Druiven: 100% Furmint
In de wijngaard: Vulkanische bodem, druiven gekocht van een lokale druiven teler. oogst met de hand. 
In de wijnkelder: 4 dagen schil contact waarna direct geperst. Het sap wordt overgebracht op inox. Na enkele dagen wordt het sap onder een kroonkurk gebotteld, samen met 12g rest suiker voor de fermentatie op de fles. Na 12 maanden aan fermentatie sur-lie wordt het gist met de hand verwijderd. Ongefilterd, zonder toevoeging van sulfiet.

The mounting hardware it comes with was plenty enough to hang these but make sure you hang them in the studs if at all possible. Assembly was simple. It does come with a micro level. Which a kid or pet could accidentally swallow. It’s like pill capsule sized so just be careful when opening the package.
