Bodega Salentein wordt internationaal bejubeld en bekroond. Veel van zijn wijnen wonnen concours en kregen medailles. Onder andere de Nederlandse wijnjournalist Harold Hamersma is fan van diverse wijnen van Salentein. Zo kreeg deze Salentein Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc maar liefst weten 8.5 van hem. Maar ook internationaal wijn-goeroe Robert Parker gaf maar liefst 90 punten aan Salentein Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc. Een ongelofelijke prestatie.
